From 28th to 29th of March, Mr. Hu Xianxiong, the Chairman of Pudong New Area Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment paid an investigation visit to Pinghu along with over 70 principal heads of council members of the Association. The Municipal Government held the Welcome Reception as well as Seminar of Investment Environment of Pinghu at the Sun Lake Hotel. Shi Yunliang, the Standing Committee Member of the Municipal Party Committee as well as the Deputy Mayor, and principal leaders of Pinghu Economic Development Zone, Dushan Port Area, Jiulong Mountain Tourist Holiday Resort and relevant departments of towns (sub-districts) and the city attended the meeting.
The welcome ceremony was presided by Li Huiming, the Director of Shanghai Office of Pinghu Municipal Government; and Xiao Jianhua, the Director of Pinghu Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau, made the welcome address and introduced the investment environment of Pinghu. On behalf of foreign investors of Pinghu, Mr. Mamoru Yamauchi, the President of Branch of Enterprises with Japanese Investment of Pinghu Municipal Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment as well as the General Manager of Kanto Tatsumi Electronics (Pinghu) Co., Ltd., gave a speech at the meeting. Hu Xianxiong, the Chairman of Pudong New Area Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment, and Shi Yunliang, the Standing Committee Member of Pinghu Municipal Party Committee as well as the Deputy Mayor also gave enthusiastic speeches.
Relevant units of Pinghu City carried out active communications with the guests to strengthen the mutual understanding and friendship and inspire the passion for investment and cooperation.
Chairman Hu and his party visited the East-Lake Scenic Spot, Mo Family Manor, Pinghu Economic Development Zone, Jiulong Mountain Tourist Holiday Resort, etc., knew better of the good investment environment and atmosphere of Pinghu and highly praised the comprehensive economic and social achievements of Pinghu City.
