Decree No.7, 2007 of Ministry of Commerce, Promulgating Catalogue for Techniques Prohibited and Restricted from Import (revised)
In accordance with Foreign Trade Law of the People¡¯s Republic of China and Regulations for Administration of Technique Import and Export of the People¡¯s Republic of China, Catalogue for Techniques Prohibited and Restricted from Import is now promulgated and shall take effect in 30 days as from release. Catalogue for Techniques Prohibited and Restricted from Import (the first batch) (Decree No.15, 2001 of the Former Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation and the Former State Economy and Trade Commission) shall be rescinded at the same time.
